Experience:

8-10 years

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall accounting, finance, and compliance functions of the organization. Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements Lead internal audits and coordinate with statutory auditors. Oversee cash flow, working capital, and treasury management. Develop financial policies, systems, and processes for efficiency and control. Provide strategic financial advice to management for decision-making. Supervise and mentor the accounts/finance team. Handle mergers, acquisitions, due diligence, and other strategic financial projects (if applicable). Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and external consultants.

Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in accounts, taxation, and financial management. Strong knowledge of direct & indirect taxation, corporate laws, and accounting standards. Experience in managing audits and compliances.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
