Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 2 years of post-qualification experience to manage and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, auditing, and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely financial data for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with accounting standards Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payroll. Handle statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc. Support internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors. Monitor and control budgets and forecasts; prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports. Perform cost and profitability analysis to support strategic decisions. Liaise with banks, vendors, and consultants for financial transactions. Ensure timely and accurate filing of returns and financial documentation.
Qualifications & Skills

Chartered Accountant (CA), qualified from ICAI. 2 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, or auditing. Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and Companies Act. Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or SAP. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
