Responsibilities and Duties

? Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, building strong relationships

? Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and proactively identify ways to add value through our KPO services

? Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization to enhance clients' financial performance

? Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of KPO services to clients, adhering to project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints

? Monitor project progress, anticipate and mitigate risks, and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of engagement

? Prepare monthly reporting decks, MIS, or any other reports as required by the management

? Act as a leader and build a strong team for this segment at AltQuad

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities

? Client place visits & front ending the execution

? Ground work on analysis & deliverables at client places on daily basis

? Meet periodically with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve our model/deliverables

Skills and Qualifications

? Qualified Chartered Accountant

? Strong technical skills in financial analysis, accounting principles

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and negotiate win-win solutions.

? Exceptional project management abilities, with a focus on driving results, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines.

? Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, anticipate client needs, and develop

innovative solutions to complex problems.

? Big 4 background is preferable

? Good at written (must) & spoken English

? Strong analytical skills & good at spreadsheets and number crunching
