Location - Kalina, Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance

Manage end-to-end accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, Taxation and Fixed Assets. Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and preparation of financial statements. Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). Monitor cash flows, working capital management, and treasury operations.

IPO - Pre and Post Listing

Lead the financial due diligence and audit readiness for IPO and any Capital raising processes such as Debentures (Convertible or Non-Convertible) and / or Private Equity. Collaborate with legal, compliance, merchant bankers, auditors, and consultants for IPO documentation and filings. Assisting in preparation and review of

DRHP (Draft Red Herring Prospectus), RHP

, and other SEBI submissions in coordination with stakeholders. Support valuation analysis, capital structure planning, and investor roadshows. Set up internal systems, controls, and reporting structures to meet post-IPO compliance and governance requirements. Ensure compliance with stock exchange listing regulations, SEBI guidelines, and corporate governance norms post-listing.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Finance

Drive the budgeting and forecasting process in alignment with company goals. Perform variance analysis and provide business insights to leadership.
Support business planning, fundraising, investor reporting, and strategic financial decisions

Audit, Controls & Risk Management

Coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and secretarial audits. Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks. Ensure accurate and timely regulatory and statutory reporting.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and upskill a high-performing accounts team. Foster a culture of transparency, accuracy, and financial discipline.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹210,000.00 per month
