Job Description

The candidate should have prior experience in:

Banking loans, documentation, structuring, etc. Treasury - understanding of various market instruments and investments Cash flow - preparation, forecasting, budgeting Financial review - audit review, finalization Real estate background is preferable.
Roles and Responsibilities

Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Liaisioning with banks for Loans, documentation, structuring and so on Lead audits to include annual financial audit, required by management and other authorities. Handling various Audits related to Payables. Compliance of internal policies & statutory compliance's accounting standards, TDS, GST. Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks. Preparation of Projections and Budgets Preparation of Financial reporting and Analysis Knowledge of Income tax
