A Leading Manufacturing industry is looking for Qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in end?to?end finance and accounts in a manufacturing setup, including finalization of books, statutory compliances, costing oversight, audits, and MIS for management.
Key responsibilities
Finalise monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts; prepare financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
Handle statutory compliances: GST, TDS, income tax, ROC and other regulatory filings in coordination with consultants where required.
Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors; prepare schedules, resolve queries, and ensure timely closure of audits.
Oversee general ledger, payables, receivables, and banking, ensuring accurate and timely accounting in ERP.
Review and support costing, inventory valuation, and provisions related to a manufacturing environment (RM, WIP, FG).
Prepare and analyze MIS: P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, variance analysis, and key financial ratios for management.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management; liaise with banks for limits, renewals, and documentation.
Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-5+ years of post?qualification experience; manufacturing / plant experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, Companies Act, and direct/indirect tax fundamentals.
Hands?on experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / similar) and advanced Excel.
Understanding of cost accounting principles, inventory valuation, and manufacturing P&L structure.
Good analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong documentation skills.
Ability to work with cross?functional teams (purchase, production, stores, sales) and manage multiple deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder?management skills; high integrity and ownership mindset.
