Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of financial activities, including reporting, analysis, compliance, and contributing to strategic financial planning. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and proficiency with financial software.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP). Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly books of accounts.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts. Monitor financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

Auditing & Compliance:

Manage internal and external audits, including preparing audit schedules and responding to auditor queries. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations (e.g., GST, Income Tax), and company policies.

Financial Analysis:

Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary to management on business performance. Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business cases.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement improvements to accounting and financial control processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
