Job Description

We are hiring a Finance Manager (CA) to oversee our company's financial health and support strategic business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting standards, and the ability to manage end-to-end finance operations independently.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle financial operations including budgeting, planning, and reporting Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Monitor cash flow, cost controls, and working capital Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory norms Lead internal and external audits Build financial models and forecasts to support management decisions Improve internal financial processes and systems Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal teams Manage the accounts team and ensure timely closure of books

Requirements

CA qualification is mandatory 2-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounts Solid knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and audit Experience in Tally/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
