We are looking for a dynamic

Finance Manager / Senior Accountant

to join our fast-growing team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, on-site role based in HSR Layout. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in service-based industries or fast-paced environments like ed-tech or startups.

Please Note:

Candidates with over 3 years of post-qualification experience exclusively in consulting or CA firms will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage

MIS reports

, including budgeting, profit & loss statements, and reconciliations Finalize

books of accounts

and coordinate with auditors independently Lead

financial planning and analysis

to support business decisions

Required Qualifications:

CA

with at least

2 years of industry experience

, preferably in service sectors Strong accounting background with hands-on experience in managing audits

Preferred Skills:

Good understanding of

taxation and compliance

Prior exposure to

service-based industries

is highly desirable

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
