About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (ICAI Certified) to join our Finance & Accounts division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the shipping/logistics industry and will be responsible for managing the company's complete financial operations while ensuring compliance and accuracy in reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, MIS, budgeting, and variance analysis. Handle shipping-specific accounting activities including freight invoicing, voyage P&L, port expenses, and charter hire. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Ind-AS, and support statutory audits. Maintain internal controls and oversee cash flow planning and management. Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts team to drive efficiency and performance. Required

Qualifications & Skills

ICAI Certified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory) Experience in the Shipping/Logistics industry preferred Age: 30-40 years Strong knowledge of finance, taxation, and statutory regulations Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Office Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,100,000.00 per year
