CTC: ?15-20 LPA (based on experience & expertise)

Role Overview:We are seeking a Finance professional to support core financial operations while working in close interaction with senior leadership, gaining exposure to strategic finance and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and review of monthly MIS, management reports & dashboards

Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis

Accounting oversight, finalization of accounts & audit coordination

Monitoring cash flows, working capital & fund utilization

Compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, etc.

Strengthening internal controls, SOPs & finance processes

Coordination with banks, auditors, consultants & internal stakeholders

Supporting cost optimization, plant finance & operational efficiency

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong exposure to manufacturing finance, costing & inventory control

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Tally / Manufacturing ERP)

Strong analytical, presentation & communication skills

Ability to independently manage responsibilities and work with senior management

Preferred:

Experience in plant finance / cost audit

Exposure to banking or fund management

Experience in mid-to-large manufacturing organizations
