About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Finance Manager (Chartered Accountant)

with

4 years of post-qualification experience

. The ideal candidate will manage core financial operations, ensure compliance, support business strategy, and contribute to financial planning and control.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports. Conduct budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control. Provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Accounting & Compliance

Oversee end-to-end accounting functions, including AP/AR, GL, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act. Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and tax filings. Maintain accuracy of financial records as per accounting standards.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

Manage daily cash flow, banking operations, and fund availability. Monitor working capital, liquidity, and investment planning.

Process Improvement

Implement and enhance internal controls and financial processes. Support automation initiatives for accounting and reporting.

Business Partnering

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations and growth plans. Provide financial modeling and risk assessment for new projects or investments.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory:

Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience:

4+ years in finance, accounting, audit, or FP&A roles. Strong knowledge of

GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC compliances

. Proficiency in

Tally, ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools

. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
