Key Responsibilities
:
Prepare and analyze
project-wise costing
, budgets, and financial forecasts for PEB structures.
Monitor
material, labor, and overhead costs
specific to steel structure fabrication and erection.
Collaborate with project managers, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure
cost control
and budget adherence.
Conduct
variance analysis
between estimated and actual costs; recommend corrective actions.
Prepare
management reports
, including profit margins, break-even analysis, and cost-benefit studies.
Ensure compliance with
accounting standards, taxation
, and company policies.
Evaluate
inventory and work-in-progress (WIP)
valuations related to fabrication and erection.
Assist in vendor contract evaluations and
commercial negotiations
from a costing perspective.
Contribute to
internal audits
and support external audits as required.
Qualifications
:
Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is
mandatory
.
5 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or PEB industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of
cost accounting standards

Proficiency in
ERP systems
(SAP, Tally, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
