Chartered Accountant
Job Description
1. Leading long-term financial planning aligned with real estate project cycles, business expansion, and investment goals.
2. In-depth knowledge of real estate-specific revenue recognition standards and compliance with ICAI/IFRS guidelines.
3. Delivering accurate, insightful monthly MIS reports, project profitability statements, and investor presentations.
4. Proficiency in Tally ERP, and real estate for streamlined accounting and reporting.
5. Building and leading high-performing finance teams, ensuring ethical governance, and aligning with corporate goals.
6. Real Estate background must.
