Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, conducting audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, offering strategic financial advice. The role also involves analyzing financial data to enhance profitability and identifying areas of improvement.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of RERA, financial reporting, accounting principles, and tax compliance.
Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and preparing financial statements.
Experience with audits and the ability to ensure complete regulatory compliance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Relevant qualifications such as CA certification.
3-4 years' Experience in financial consulting or advisory services is required.
