Job Description

Export Import (EXIM) Finance

Qualification:

Inter CA

Department:

Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

Passing

accounting entries

related to export and import transactions Accounting of

sales, purchases, freight, insurance, customs duty, GST, and forex transactions

Preparation and scrutiny of

export/import documents

(Invoice, Packing List, BL, LC, BOE, Shipping Bills) Accounting and tracking of

Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees, EPCG, Advance Authorisation

Handling

foreign currency transactions

, exchange rate differences, and bank charges Reconciliation of

bank statements, debtor/creditor balances, and forex accounts

GST compliance related to EXIM (IGST on imports, LUT, refunds, zero-rated supplies) Coordination with

banks, customs agents (CHA), and logistics providers

Maintaining proper documentation for

audit and statutory compliance

Assisting in

month-end and year-end closing

activities

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

accounting principles

Basic understanding of

EXIM policies and FEMA

Working knowledge of

GST in exports/imports

Proficiency in

Tally / ERP and MS Excel

Good analytical and documentation skills

Experience:

1-3 years (Fresh Inter CA with EXIM exposure can also apply)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
