Urgent Hiring Chartered Accountant
Location - Prahlad Nagar Ahmedabad

Core responsibilities

Auditing:

Evaluate financial records and statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards and regulations.

Taxation:

Assist clients with tax planning, prepare tax returns, and advise on tax-related matters.

Financial Planning:

Provide advice on financial planning, budgeting, and investment strategies to improve a client's financial health.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare financial statements and ensure they are accurate and transparent.

Compliance:

Ensure that businesses and individuals adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements.
Additional duties

Forensic accounting:

Investigate financial data for fraud detection.

Business investigations:

Conduct investigations for matters like mergers, acquisitions, and financial health analysis.

Risk management:

Assess financial risks for companies.

Consulting:

Advise management on operational and financial matters, including system implementation and resource utilization.

Other roles:

Work on matters related to share transfers, corporate law, and international tax laws
