Job Description

1. Eligibility Criteria



Candidate must be a

qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of [India / Country]. Minimum experience of 1 years post-qualification in a similar role (if applicable). Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations. Proficiency in Banking and Finance

3. Job Responsibilities



The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for:

Preparing and reviewing financial statements in compliance with statutory regulations. Ensuring timely filing of tax returns (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.). Managing audits (internal, statutory, tax, etc.). Handling Finance work/ loans Follow up with client and bank for the finance / loans Ensuring compliance with all applicable financial laws and internal policies.

4. Remuneration



Monthly/Annual CTC: 12000-25000 p.m. according to skill and qualification Other Benefits i.e. incentive on files

5. Working Hours



Standard working hours: [e.g., Monday to saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM]. Overtime may be required during audit periods, financial year-end, or other critical periods.

6. Probation Period



The employee shall be on a probationary period of [2months] from the date of joining. Performance during this period will be reviewed before confirmation. Half salary will be paid during probation period

7. Leave Policy



Leaves will be deducted from the salary and more than 2 leaves during the month will be counted as 1.5 times Leave must be approved in advance, except in cases of emergency.

8. Termination



The company may terminate employment by providing 1 weeks/months notice or payment in lieu thereof. The employee may resign by giving 2 months notice. Termination may occur without notice in case of misconduct, fraud, or breach of confidentiality.

9. Confidentiality



The employee shall maintain the confidentiality of all company data and client information during and after the period of employment.

10. Code of Conduct



The employee is expected to maintain professional conduct and integrity. Any form of fraud, dishonesty, or unethical behavior may lead to immediate dismissal.

11. Conflict of Interest



The employee shall not engage in any activity that conflicts with the interests of the company.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
