Job Description

Urgent Requirement of Chartered Accountant (CA) in Chartered Accountants Firm based in Ahmedabad. Candidate should have minimum 1-2 year experience in Accounts Finalization, GST Returns and Audit.

Candidate should have worked in the field of audit, accounts finalization, Data scrutiny, Income Tax, GST related areas practically.

Candidate shall receive exposure in listed audits, IPO related work and IND-AS conversion of companies and should be open for outstation audit.

The role involves compliance support, assisting clients with corporate structuring, governance, and regulatory requirements. Taxation responsibilities include handling service tax, tax audits, statutory audits for listed and non-listed companies, and offering guidance on direct and indirect tax compliance and planning.

You will assist in IPO preparation, regulatory filings, and compliance with stock exchange and SEBI guidelines, along with providing strategic advice on public listing and post-IPO obligations. Audit and bookkeeping duties include conducting statutory and internal audits, ensuring financial accuracy, and managing bookkeeping and financial statements. Furthermore, candidate should be aware about the the working the accounting standards as per IND-AS.

The position also requires expertise in risk management, identifying financial risks, and implementing control measures. You will provide corporate restructuring services, including mergers, acquisitions, and business restructuring to enhance operational efficiency.

Candidate should be open for Outstation Audits all over India.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
