- Supervision of the Accounts department. Scrutiny of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Forecasting & Presentation of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual results.
- Preparation of Financial Statements.
- Raising of funds as required by company with approval of the management. Review and sanction of fund requirement of plants from HO.
- Allocation of company resources & managing cash flows.
- Evaluation & decision making on new projects with cost benefit analysis.
- Recommending cost reduction solution to company management.
- To prepare and review costing of various products sold to customers.
- Review of audit queries and their compliance.
- Prepared Income tax return of companies and directors and its computation. Controlling on all Financial and
- Accounting activities of all manufacturing plants.
- Controlling on all types of Loans Finance activity.
- Approval and timely payments of all types of statutory liabilities of plants from HO.
- Finalization of Trial Balance and reconciliation of ledgers of Financial Statements. Preparation of Financial Statements as per IND AS.
- To get done stock reconciliation of plants on quarterly basis.
- Passing of Invoices as per approved PO.
- Co-ordination with statutory auditors.
- Controlling and review of all areas of revenue loss and costing of products.
- Filling of Income tax return of companies and its computation.
- Analyze manufacturing and finance, and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth.
- Manage daily operations, including employees training and development, contract negotiations and production planning and manufacturing.
- Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing clients.
- Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensures deadlines are met, and be ready to handle unexpected situations.
