Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting, auditing, direct & indirect taxation, and compliance. This role requires someone who can ensure accurate financial reporting, handle statutory obligations, and provide strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.

Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.

Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax return filing, and other statutory compliances.

Provide tax planning and advisory services to minimize tax liabilities.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.

Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for business growth.

Implement internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.

Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and taxation laws.

Hands-on experience in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
