Chartered Accountant- Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Plan and monitor cash flow in close coordination with Business teams. Assist in working capital management, debt management, and related financial documentation. MIS & Automation: Analyze Monthly MIS and provide actionable insights. Drive automation and continuous improvement in MIS reporting. IPO & Special Projects Support: Support the CFO in IPO readiness and other strategic projects. Contribute to due diligence, data preparation, and documentation. Policy & Business Analysis: Analyze evolving policies and regulatory changes impacting business. Provide recommendations and inputs for strategic planning. Strategic & Long-Term Planning: Assist in preparing a 5-year business plan for Avaada Electro, including financial projections. Audit & Compliance: Support internal audit processes and statutory compliance. Liaise with auditors, regulators, and statutory bodies for timely submissions. Board, Investor & Media Support: Assist in preparing Quarterly Board presentations. Prepare and refine investor decks and media interaction material. ESG & Ratings: Provide support in ESG data collection, reporting, and rating exercises. Capex & Project Cost Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of site-related capital expenditure. Review project cost, IDC, and cost overrun reports. SAP HANA Implementation: Provide support to the CFO Office during SAP HANA implementation. Coordinate with IT and Finance teams for successful adoption.

Desired Candidate ProfileQualified Chartered Accountant (CA). 5-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate finance, audit, MIS, or CFO office support. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Experience in statutory compliance, internal audit, and Board-level reporting. Familiarity with ESG reporting and SAP/ERP systems is an added advantage. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Educational QualificationChartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory.
