Maintain accurate books of accounts in accordance with Ind AS and other applicable accounting standards.
Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Ensure timely audit completion (statutory/internal/tax) and handle auditor queries.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting
Prepare project-wise budgets and forecasts.
Monitor budget vs. actuals and analyse variances.
Work with project teams to revise cost estimates.
3. Taxation & Compliance
Handle direct and indirect tax compliance: GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA, etc.
Ensure timely filing of returns and coordinate with tax consultants.
Handle tax assessments, scrutiny, and appeals if required.
4. Project Costing & Control
Oversee project cost allocation and monitor project cash flows.
Review contractor bills, material costs, and subcontractor payments.
Implement internal controls for cost efficiency and fraud prevention.
5. Fund Management
Cash flow planning and working capital management.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions for loans, project finance, BGs, etc.
Manage interest costs, repayment schedules, and loan documentation.
6. MIS & Analysis
Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review.
Provide financial analysis to support pricing, procurement, and project planning.
Support due diligence, feasibility studies, and profitability analysis.
7. Regulatory & Legal Compliance
Ensure compliance with RERA, Companies Act, FEMA, etc.
Coordinate with legal team for regulatory filings and land acquisition documentation.
