We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead the finance function of our growing organization. This role will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, audits, and statutory compliance, while delivering strategic financial insights to support informed business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial forecasting Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial planning activities Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements Coordinate and liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions Strengthen internal controls and implement improvements in financial processes Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management Lead, mentor, and guide the accounts team to ensure timely closure of books of accounts

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles Strong knowledge of taxation, auditing standards, and financial regulations Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Hands-on experience with Tally or other ERP systems and advanced MS Excel Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
