YKG Corp is a fast-growing Chartered Accountancy firm providing audit, taxation, advisory, and compliance services to large Indian corporates and multinational groups across manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, and service sectors. We work closely with senior management and boards to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Internal Audit professional to support and lead internal audits, IFC testing, SOP documentation, and process reviews for our corporate clients.

The role involves working directly with management, audit committees, and cross-functional teams to enhance internal controls, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Audit & Risk Assessment

Plan and execute risk-based internal audits across business processes. Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and compliance risks. Prepare detailed internal audit reports with actionable recommendations. Conduct follow-up audits to track closure of audit observations.

IFC (Internal Financial Controls) Testing

Design and perform IFC testing in line with Companies Act, 2013 and ICAI guidance. Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls. Document control matrices, RCMs, walkthroughs, and test results. Coordinate with statutory auditors on IFC matters.

SOP Development & Process Documentation

Create, review, and update SOPs for finance, procurement, inventory, payroll, treasury, and operational processes. Map end-to-end processes and recommend control improvements. Ensure SOPs align with business practices and regulatory requirements.

Compliance & Governance Support

Support management in strengthening corporate governance frameworks. Assist in preparation for statutory, internal, and special audits. Support implementation of best practices in internal controls and risk management.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
