We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee our financial operations with accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain financial records, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on time. Advise management on financial planning, cost control, and risk management. Conduct internal audits and suggest process improvements. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities. Monitor cash flow and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified, with relevant experience in finance and accounting. Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations. Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Preferred:

Prior experience in horticulture, agriculture, or SME business accounting. Knowledge of sustainability-focused businesses.
