Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Chartered Accountant (CA)

with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in

books of accounts finalization

and preferably have exposure to

IPO advisory

or related financial consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

finalization of books of accounts

, including preparation of Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Accounts. Assist in

financial due diligence

,

audit preparation

, and

compliance reviews

. Support clients and management in

IPO advisory

processes, including documentation, financial reporting, and coordination with auditors or merchant bankers. Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC filings, etc.). Perform analytical reviews and provide insights for financial planning and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA)

with minimum

2 years of post-qualification experience
