Urgent Required Qualified Chartered Accountant

Location -Delhi

Experience- Minimum 2 years - 5 years

Job Responsibility-

JOB REQUIREMENT-

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and present accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss accounts.

Auditing:

Conduct internal and external audits, review financial records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Manage budgets, prepare financial forecasts, and analyse financial performance to support decision-making.

Taxation:

Advise on tax planning, prepare income tax returns, and ensure compliance with tax laws.

Financial Advisory:

Provide expert financial advice on mergers, acquisitions, investments, and strategic business improvements.

Risk Management:

Analyse financial risks, suggest preventive measures, and recommend strategies to mitigate them.

System & Process Management:

Evaluate and improve accounting systems and internal financial controls for efficiency and compliance.

Liaison & Communication :

Liaise with clients, business partners, external auditors, and government agencies.

Team Leadership:

In some roles, manage junior accounting staff and contribute to broader business strategies.

Strong ability to work with numbers, analyse financial data, and draw meaningful conclusions.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to research, identify, and resolve complex financial issues proactively.

Organization & Time Management:

Excellent skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively.

Communication:

Clear and concise communication skills to present financial information and advice to diverse audiences.

Technical Proficiency:

Competence in accounting software and financial management tools.
