About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our dynamic Finance team at TrustVerge Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial planning, reporting, compliance, and audits, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
Analyze financial data to support business decisions
Monitor budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure timely payments, reconciliations, and MIS reporting
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and statutory bodies
Support the finance team in daily operations and documentation
Key Requirements:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
1-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and meet deadlines
