Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements per IRDAI & Ind AS guidelines
Ensure timely closing of accounts and accurate recognition of premiums, claims, and commissions
Manage audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance (IRDAI, GST, IT)
Handle reinsurance accounting and reconciliations
Support claim reserving and actuarial data analysis
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting
Requirements:
Qualified CA with 2-5 years' experience (preferably in general insurance)
Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IRDAI norms, and insurance accounting
Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
