Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage end-to-end Initial Public Offering (IPO) processes -- including due diligence, documentation, and coordination with legal, audit, and merchant banking teams.

2. Review and finalize financial statements in line with Ind AS, IFRS, or IGAAP.Ensure accuracy, compliance, and investor-readiness of financial disclosures and reports.

3. Maintain robust internal controls in line with regulatory standards.

4. Liaise with auditors, SEBI, stock exchanges (NSE/BSE), and other regulatory authorities.

5. Prepare and review DRHP, RHP, and related documentation.

6. Support corporate restructuring, valuation, and capital structuring initiatives.

7. Stay updated with SEBI, MCA, and other relevant financial regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
