Job description \xc2\xb7 Management of restructuring, corporate financing & managing client audit & taxation matters \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of advanced excel is required \xc2\xb7 Finalization of Account, Ledger Scrutiny, Statutory Audit and Tax Audits for Clients. \xc2\xb7 Supervision & Monitoring of Internal Audit / Periodic review of accounts & statutory Compliances & preparation of MIS reports. \xc2\xb7 Supervision and monitoring of Statutory Compliance such as TDS, and GST. \xc2\xb7 Drafting of replies/submissions/appeals or other documents in response to any notice or for departmental proceedings \xc2\xb7 Meetings with Clients for discussions on MIS, Internal Audit Reports or Finalization of Accounts. \xc2\xb7 Attending Income Tax Scrutiny Assessment, Appellate or other Departmental work. Desired Candidate Profile: \xc2\xb7 Qualified CA with 2 years of post-qualification experience in a CA firm \xc2\xb7 The job requires a good understanding of Accounting & Audit Standards & Procedures. \xc2\xb7 Should have proficiency in English (Written & Verbal) and strong interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Should be able to work independently as a Team leader. \xc2\xb7 Should have good experience in MS Word, MS Excel (Advance features), Tally ERP 9 and Computex or any similar software for returns preparation & filing.
