Job Description

We are looking for a

qualified Chartered Accountant

to manage the company's

finance, taxation, compliance, and banking operations

. The candidate should have hands-on experience in the

manufacturing industry

and be willing to

stay and work on the company campus

.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

Maintain

books of accounts

and ensure accuracy as per accounting standards Finalization of

monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts

Prepare

MIS reports

, P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports Costing, budgeting, and variance analysis
Taxation & Compliance

Handle

GST returns

(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, reconciliation) Manage

Income Tax

compliance, returns, and assessments Handle

TDS compliances

, returns, and reconciliations Coordinate with

statutory and internal auditors

Ensure compliance with all applicable

laws and regulations

Banking & Finance Management

Handle

banking operations

, CC limits, and stock statements Coordinate with banks for

loan documentation and renewals

Cash flow planning and fund management
Manufacturing / Plant-Level Responsibilities

Inventory control and reconciliation Raw material, WIP, and finished goods accounting Production costing and margin analysis Control over wastage, yield, and efficiency reports
Systems & Reporting

Strong working knowledge of

accounting software

(Tally / ERP) Good

computer and Excel skills

Maintain proper documentation and records

Eligibility Criteria

Qualified

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Minimum

3 years of relevant experience

(manufacturing preferred)

Freshers not eligible

Good communication and coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
