Job Description

As an Experienced Chartered Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the financial aspects of our organization. You will work closely with the finance and other departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, efficient financial management, and the strategic growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and update financial models and forecasts. Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights for decision-making. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and variance analysis. Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies for cost optimization. Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory reports. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and provide guidance to the organization. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Coordinate and support both internal and external audits. Implement and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets. Review and enhance financial policies and procedures as necessary.

Requirements & Skills:

A qualified CA having experience of 3+years. Thorough knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax/ compliance / Accounts payable / Financing regulations.
