Title: Chartered Accountant Location: Coimbatore Experience: 2-3 years Job Summary B-Arm Medical Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking CA candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience. The job profile covers implementing suitable accounting processes apart from supervising the accounting team. Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial systems and budgets Undertake financial audits (an independent check of an organisation\'s financial position) Provide financial advice Identifying potential investors and partners for our start-up, research them and generate follow-through on partnerships Develop a deep understanding of our company so that you can promote them to investors and corporate partners Liaise with clients (individuals or businesses) and provide financial information and advice Review the company\'s systems and analyse risk Advise clients on tax planning and tax issues associated with business activities. Maintain accounting records and preparing accounts and management information. Counsel clients on areas of business improvement, or dealing with insolvency Detect and prevent fraud (forensic accounting) Manage the F&A team Liaise with internal and external auditors and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise Produce reports and recommendations following internal audits or public sector audits Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained Identifying and recommending potential operational efficiencies and improvements to working practices and procedures Key Skills and Competencies: Highly motivated self-starter with multi-tasking abilities. Excellent verbal & written communication. Strong Interpersonal Skills. Excellent MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint a must) Knowledge of various analytical tools will be an add-on Education: Chartered Accountant.
