Chartered Accountant (CA) - Surety Bonds & Finance

Experience Required: 2-5 Years

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)

WFH: 2nd & 4th Saturday

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience in Surety Bonds and Accounts & Finance. The role involves managing financial operations, compliance, underwriting support for surety bonds, and ensuring regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Surety Bond Operations

Handle accounting and financial evaluation related to Surety Bond issuance.

Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flows of clients for surety bond underwriting.

Coordinate with underwriting, legal, and compliance teams for surety bond approvals.

Monitor surety bond exposure, limits, and risk assessment data.

Ensure proper documentation and financial due diligence for surety bond cases.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Handle bank reconciliation, fund flow, and cash flow management.

Oversee invoicing, premium accounting, commissions, and reconciliations.

Support internal and statutory audits.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory filings.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Maintain compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal SOPs.

Ensure timely closure of books and statutory reporting.

Prepare MIS reports for management related to finance, surety bonds, and risk exposure.

Provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Skills & Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

2-5 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, or Insurance/Financial Services.

Prior exposure to Surety Bonds, Bank Guarantees, or Corporate Risk Products preferred.

Strong knowledge of financial analysis, compliance, and reporting.

Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and MIS preparation.

Good coordination and communication skills.

High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
