About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive

Chartered Accountant (CA)

to oversee the

entire financial operations

of the Honey Makhija Group. The candidate will play a strategic role in

implementing audit mechanisms, driving compliance, preparing for an SME IPO

, and

raising funds for new AI-driven ventures

under Makhija Automations AI by connecting with leading Venture Capital firms in India.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Group CEO, gain exposure across diversified businesses, and grow into a senior leadership position as the Group scales rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management:

Manage end-to-end group finances including accounting, taxation, and compliance. Consolidate financial statements across multiple group companies. Establish strong

audit & internal control mechanisms

to prevent discrepancies and fraud.

IPO Preparation & Execution:

Lead the financial planning and documentation for

SME IPO

within 12 months. Liaise with auditors, SEBI consultants, and merchant bankers for IPO execution. Ensure complete regulatory compliance with MCA, SEBI, and other authorities.

Fundraising & Investments:

Work on

fundraising strategies

for new ventures under Makhija Automations AI*.
Build financial models, investor decks, and pitch presentations. Network and negotiate with leading Venture Capital funds in India.

Strategic Advisory:

Advise CEO and senior leadership on financial risks and opportunities. Suggest capital structuring, valuation, and taxation strategies. Contribute to long-term financial planning, expansion, and growth.

Qualifications & Skills

Chartered Accountant (CA) with

5+ years of post-qualification experience

. Strong knowledge of

audit, taxation, financial compliance, and corporate law

. Prior experience in

IPO preparation, fundraising, or corporate finance

preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary:

?8-12 LPA (based on experience & expertise)

Performance Bonus:

?7.5 Lakhs on successful SME IPO in 12 months High scope of growth into

CFO-level position

as the group expands Flexible working (Remote or Mumbai Office)
