Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified

Chartered Accountant

to manage financial reporting, taxation, audits, and regulatory compliance for our firm and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple financial operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations. Manage GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings and compliance. Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits. Handle ROC filings, company law matters, and related documentation. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

Qualifications & Skills:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Freshers or experienced. Sound knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
