Job Summary

We are seeking a

qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA)

to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to accounting, statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting for a

newly BSE-listed or IPO company

. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management and play a key role in corporate governance and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and review of

financial statements

in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Coordination and management of

internal and external audits

. Handling

taxation, accounting, and financial control processes

. Ensuring compliance with

SEBI, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements

for listed entities. Supporting management in

budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting

. Assisting in

IPO-related documentation, disclosures, and compliance

. Liaising with legal and compliance teams on matters of

corporate governance

Pay: ₹8,297.66 - ₹44,955.85 per month
