with comprehensive knowledge of
legal registrations, compliance filings, documentation, and FCRA processes
. The ideal candidate should be a one-stop expert for managing
financial, statutory, and legal affairs
, including drafting MOUs, agreements, and maintaining professional documentation standards.
This role requires someone who understands
end-to-end corporate and NGO compliance
-- from registration to reporting -- and can handle all related documentation and communications efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
complete statutory and financial compliance
for the organization.
Handle
all types of legal registrations
: company incorporation, NGO registration, GST, PAN/TAN, MSME, IEC, 12A/80G, EPF/ESI, professional tax, etc.
Execute and manage
FCRA registration, renewal, and compliance filing
independently.
Prepare, review, and finalize
MOUs, agreements, contracts, and documentation formats
for partnerships and clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date
accounting, audit, and filing records
as per ICAI standards.
File
IT returns, TDS, GST, ROC, and FCRA annual returns
within deadlines.
Develop and maintain
document templates
(e.g., compliance reports, registration forms, contact formats, and legal declarations).
Ensure compliance with
Company Law, Income Tax, FEMA, and other regulatory authorities
.
Liaise effectively with
government departments, auditors, and legal professionals
.
Provide
strategic financial and compliance advice
to management and support long-term growth planning.
Keep management informed of any
policy or regulation updates
that impact business or NGO operations.
Requirements:
Certified Chartered Accountant (CA)
with valid registration under ICAI.
Minimum
3-7 years of experience
in legal registrations, compliance management, and accounting.
Proven expertise in
FCRA registration and compliance
(mandatory).
Strong understanding of
corporate laws, NGO laws, taxation, and government filing procedures
.
Must be proficient in
drafting and reviewing legal documents
(MOUs, agreements, NDAs, etc.).
Deep knowledge of
document formatting standards, filing protocols, and official correspondence formats
.
Excellent command over
Excel, Tally, and accounting/filing portals
(MCA, Income Tax, GST, FCRA).
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle
multiple compliance processes
simultaneously and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with
NGOs, Trusts, or Non-Profit Organizations
.
Hands-on experience with
digital signatures, DSC management, and e-filing systems
.
Sound knowledge of
government funding norms, donor compliance, and audit preparation
.
Prior experience in preparing
MOUs and legal documentation
for domestic and international partners.
