Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage and lead the organization's financial operations while providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will independently handle end-to-end finance functions and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee complete financial operations including budgeting, financial planning, and MIS reporting Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Monitor cash flow, cost control, and working capital management Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements Manage and coordinate internal and external audits Develop financial models, forecasts, and analytical insights for management decision-making Improve and streamline financial systems, processes, and workflows Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and cross-functional teams Supervise the accounts team and ensure timely closure of books of accounts
Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and audit processes Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
