About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and meticulous Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing the company's financial health, ensuring accurate reporting, handling statutory obligations, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, adjustments, and accruals.
Oversee direct and indirect taxation compliance, filings, and assessments.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decisions.
Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance .
Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
Develop and maintain Excel-based MIS reports, dashboards, and reconciliations.
Implement and monitor internal financial controls and processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.
Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (mandatory).
Proven experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management.
Strong understanding of Accounting and statutory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, financial modeling).
Familiarity with accounting software QuickBooks is preferable.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
