Key Responsibilities
:
Manage the company's accounting and financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of internal controls, processes, and procedures.
Advise management on financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial performance and provide insights into key financial metrics.
Work with external auditors to ensure smooth and timely audits.
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and financial improvements.
Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
Qualifications
:
Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance, or auditing.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
Experience in preparing financial reports and statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Desirable Skills
:
Experience in financial analysis and budgeting.
Knowledge of ERP systems.
Ability to handle complex financial transactions.
Experience in handling audits and tax filings.
