Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial reporting, audits, taxation, and compliance requirements of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial management in a corporate setup, preferably within fintech or financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting in compliance with applicable standards. Handle statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory obligations. Prepare and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets. Oversee cash flow, fund management, and working capital planning. Liaise with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory submissions. Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making. Implement and monitor internal financial controls. Provide insights on cost optimization, profitability, and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). 1+ years of experience in finance, taxation, and compliance functions, preferably in fintech/startup/financial services. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance processes in India. Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in financial modeling and MIS reporting. Exposure to fintech regulatory frameworks and RBI compliances. Knowledge of treasury management and corporate finance.

Compensation:

?4.2 - ?8.4 LPA (depending on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per year
