Striveforce is hiring a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years post-qualification experience to lead the accounting function and manage a team across multiple processes. This role owns financial reporting, audit coordination, contract review support, and lender/banking relationships, working closely with U.S.-based stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the accounting team and day-to-day workflows (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, closing).
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and management reports.
Drive timely month-end and year-end close, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with external auditors and handle audit schedules, queries, and documentation.
Review agreements and contracts for financial terms, obligations, risks, and reporting impact.
Manage banking and lender relations (reporting, documentation, coordination).
Strengthen internal controls, documentation, and process improvements across accounting operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years post-qualification experience.
Strong fundamentals in accounting and financial statements.
Comfortable reviewing contracts from a finance/commercial perspective.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities.
