Key Responsibilities
Prepare, examine, and analyze financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
Manage
end-to-end accounting
, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
Handle
statutory compliance
such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other regulatory submissions.
Prepare and review
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
.
Support
budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
processes.
Conduct
internal audits
and coordinate with statutory auditors.
Provide
advisory on taxation, cost optimization, and risk management
.
Ensure timely and accurate
MIS reporting
to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making.
Requirements
CA qualification
(completed/cleared) - Mandatory.
Proven experience in
accounting, taxation, and compliance
(preferably 2-5 years for mid-level, or fresh CAs for entry-level).
Strong knowledge of
Indian Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act
.
Hands-on experience with
accounting software
(Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
