Key Responsibilities
Maintain
accounts for construction projects
(site-wise & project-wise)
Handle
GST, TDS (contractors & vendors), Income Tax
compliances
Manage
billing, invoicing, and reconciliation
for projects
Prepare
MIS, cash flow statements, and cost reports
Coordinate with
site engineers & project managers
for financial data
Handle
statutory audits, tax audits, and assessments
Liaise with
banks, consultants, and auditors
Eligibility & Requirements
Qualified
Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience in
construction / real estate / infrastructure
preferred
Strong knowledge of
contractor payments & TDS
Proficiency in
Tally, MS Excel, accounting software
Responsible, disciplined, and process-oriented approach
