Role Overview:
We are looking for a Qualified CA to join our Internal Audit team. The role includes conducting risk-based audits, evaluating internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing actionable insights to management.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute risk-based financial, operational, and compliance audits
Identify control gaps and recommend improvements
Review and strengthen internal control systems
Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements
Prepare clear audit reports and present findings to management
Support process improvements and cost optimization
Requirements:
CA (ICAI) with 0-3 years' experience
Strong understanding of internal audit, risk, and compliance
Proficient in MS Excel, audit tools, and Tally ERP
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits
