Job Opening: Chartered Accountant (Real Estate Background)Male Only

Location: Guwahati

Salary: Up to ₹12,00,000 per annum (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant with a strong background in the real estate sector to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements

Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Handling GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances

Project costing, cash flow management, and fund planning

Coordination with auditors, banks, and financial institutions

MIS reporting and financial analysis

Overseeing internal controls and compliance

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Minimum 3-5 years of experience( in the real estate industry preferred)

Strong knowledge of real estate accounting practices

Proficient in Tally, Excel, and financial software

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Accounting and finance support for real estate projects
