We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented
Senior Chartered Accountant
to lead our finance and accounts function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, compliance, audits, taxation, reporting, and providing strategic insights to support business growth. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong analytical skills, team management, and decision-making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with Ind-AS / IFRS and other statutory requirements.
Develop and maintain internal controls, MIS, and dashboards for management.
Audit & Compliance
Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and other applicable regulations.
Liaise with auditors, regulators, and external consultants.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Drive annual budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and investment decisions.
Provide financial insights to support strategic business initiatives.
Taxation & Advisory
Manage Direct & Indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, Transfer Pricing, etc.).
Optimize tax planning, risk management, and compliance strategies.
Provide advisory support to management on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team.
Partner with CXOs, business heads, and cross-functional leaders to align financial goals with business strategy.
Present financial performance and forecasts to the board/investors.

ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), MS Excel, and financial modeling

Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory.
10-15+ years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
Prior experience in
manufacturing/IT/financial services
(customize as per your industry).
Proven track record in handling audits, compliance, and leading large finance teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
